Mobile Banking is a free service that allows you to view and manage your accounts from just about anywhere via your smartphone. In addition to accessing information and performing transactions, Mobile Banking offers account alerts directly to your e-mail. Set your alerts to notify you when your balance falls below a certain level or a deposit posts, among other options.
Other Online Services
Get free Credit Score Monitoring through your Online Banking. Educate yourself on what your credit score is made up of and get to know how you can improve your score. Credit Sense gives you instant credit score access and improvement tips, pre-qualified offers and savings opportunities, access to educational tools and credit report monitoring and alerts. Log in to your Online Banking account to activate Credit Sense.
Pay your bills online to nearly any company with a U.S. address, easily and securely. To use Bill Payer you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking. From there, click on the Bill Payer tab and set up account information for the bills you'd like to pay. We suggest you schedule bills five days in advance, but most transactions can be processed the next day.
Members with Premium or Rebate checking accounts receive Bill Payer free, up to 20 paid bills per month. Any additional bills cost 50 cents each. Members with Standard checking accounts also receive Bill Payer free for up to 6 paid bills per month (50 cents for each additional.) Any charges for additional paid bills will be debited from the checking account after the last business day of each month.
No need to wait for a paper statement to arrive. E-Statements are more secure than mailed conventional statements and more environmentally friendly. To enroll in E-Statements, login to Online Banking and click the Additional Services tab and check E-Statements. You will not be enrolled until you call the office and let us know you want to receive E-Statements.
Mobile Check Deposit
Members must be enrolled in Mobile Banking and have our app downloaded. Deposits received before 3:00 p.m. on a business day will be credited after 3:00 p.m. that day. Deposits received after 3:00 p.m. on a non-business day will be credited after 3:00 p.m. on the next business day. There is a $2,500.00 limit per check. Please include on the back of the check your signature, date, account number with suffix, and 'SVFCU Mobile Deposit'.
Monitor your Debit Card by downloading the CardValet App. Cardholders use CardValet® to turn their card on and off, set locations where the card can be used, restrict transactions based on merchant type, establish transaction amount limit, schedule alerts for certain transaction types and much more!

SecurLOCK™ Equip provides cardholders with the ability to control how, when and where their credit cards are used.
