Lobby Closures Effective March 18th

Important Update – Drive-Thru Service Available at Both Branches

Susquehanna Valley FCU is taking steps to protect members and staff in accordance with PA Governor Tom Wolf’s business closure order and declared State of Emergency as the COVID-19 situation continues. As an essential provider, our office remains open via drive-thru, telephone and e-services, and we will continue to provide service as seamlessly as possible.

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, lobbies at both SVFCU branches will be closed except by appointment. Drive-thru service will continue as usual.

Our staff will to be available to assist you by telephone during normal business hours and SVFCU’s online banking system is available 24 hours a day. If not already enrolled, go to SVFCU.org and choose the Services tab for more information.

We’re Here to Support You in Challenging Times

As always, you can apply for a loan online at SVFCU.org. If you experience financial difficulties now or in the future as the coronavirus situation impacts the country, the Commonwealth and our local community, please contact a Credit Union representative. Our staff is here to help.

Be alert to the potential for an uptick in scam attempts and malicious malware during the crisis. Know that SVFCU will never call you asking for card or account information.

Rest assured that we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates regarding any additional measures should they be necessary. Our dedicated staff continues to be here to serve you and we thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Best regards,

Eric Lundvall
