 On Saturday, August 31, 2024, Susquehanna Valley Federal Credit Union will undergo a data processing system conversion. As part of this transition, all mobile and online banking services will be unavailable and Visa Debit Cards will be in stand-in mode from Saturday, August 31st at 2:00PM through Tuesday, September 3rd at 8:30AM.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we plan on having these services fully operational again on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. This conversion is part of our commitment to improving your banking experience. The enhancements you can look forward to include:

  • A new and improved mobile app
  • Upgraded in-branch processing systems
  • A modernized online banking platform
  • Streamlined loan and account management processes

We encourage you to plan ahead for this brief service interruption to minimize any inconvenience. Ensure any necessary transactions are completed in advance. 

During the initial phase following the conversion, our team will be familiarizing themselves with the new systems and procedures. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period. We are dedicated to providing you with the best service possible, and your support is truly appreciated as we transition to these enhanced systems. 

Members will also be required to re-enroll in online & mobile banking services starting on Tuesday, September 3rd. Our staff will assist in making this as efficient as possible.
