Find your Comfort Zone with the 15/15 ARM
Enjoy both an affordable payment and the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the one-time rate adjustment on this 30-year Adjustable Rate Mortgage is limited and clear.
The rate for the first 15 years of your 15/15 ARM is set at closing (amortized over 30 years.) At the beginning of the second 15-year period, the rate will adjust upward or downward by a maximum of 4% and locks in at that new rate for the remainder of the 30-year term. The Comfort Zone 15/15 ARM is for purchase or refinance of owner-occupied, primary residences.
Your 15/15 ARM will have a “Lock and Shop” feature whereby you can lock in at an interest rate you like for 90 days, shop for a home, and then “float down” to market rate ten days prior to closing.
